The client is a film producer who bought a site near the Wisconsin river. The building is a mixed-use facility. The public community can access the public areas, while a keyed entry is required for the guest rooms and employee areas. The client wants the design to reflect their favorite film, The Fifth Element. The client would like the building to meet or exceed WELL guidelines.
PROJECT CONCEPT
The Ruby of Wisconsin features an edgy, luxurious, and fresh design. Free-flowing and open spaces create movement, flexibility, and comfort. The design grabs cultural elements from the local area to create a sense of community.
